Subject: Pittsboro PTA
I love shopping at he PTA shops, however, I stray from Pittsboro for all the reasons you listed. Pittsboro has much more inventory than any of the other two (Cole Park and Siler City), but I directly relate this to the greed of their management and their pricing tactics. They simply aren’t selling as much.
Beyond the greed, the folks at this store generally lack basic customer service skills and unhappiness. They just aren’t friendly. But I am sure their attitudes and willingness to help (or lack thereof) is caused by the management in this location.
PTA stores are such an awesome resource for the schools in this county. It’s a shame that one location can make or break someone’s opinion of the whole organization (PBO could be someones first visit to any PTA shops). A change in management and sales tactics would be in order to further gain my business and many others for the Pittsboro location.
