Subject: Ag Bldg Opening
Debbie described the opening beautifully Saturday and contributed to it greatly.
The opening and activities and displays were terrific and my smoked brisket sandwich delicious.
The Crevecoeur chicken was impressive and Mark Reif from Mountaire was there with his grandson taking pictures as we were treated with a closeup look. Crevecoeur is French for ‘broken hearted’! Came not far from the origins of our Charolais cattle.
Great music from the jazz band! When they stopped it was like a reverse flash mob; several left while other could not stop playing; they were having such fun and making great music and many of us were still enjoying them and did not want them to stop.
Sam Groce did such a fine presentation and he DID STOP! Very graciously.
