Subject: In Home Aide Program for Chatham Seniors
Do you or a loved one need personal care in the home? Someone who needs assistance in bathing, dressing, toileting and other personal care needs?
The Chatham County Council on Aging’s In Home Aide program is designed to help residents remain at home for as long as possible. We assist older adults in maintaining their independence by providing nursing assistants from licensed home health agencies to help with personal care, perform in-home tasks and meal preparation.
The program is open to all Chatham residents 60+ who require personal care needs in the home. There is no cost for this service–participants will have an opportunity to voluntarily donate towards the cost of the service, but are not required to do so. This is a great opportunity to get some help for you or your loved ones!
