2017 Bynum Bridge Fest and Studio Tour Food Vendor Application Details
The Bynum Bridge Fest and Studio Tour is a celebration of our natural environment and all creation! Artists will be selling their artwork on the bridge overlooking the Haw River in Bynum, NC. A short walk away in the neighboring mill village, Bynum Artists will open their doors to visitors wanting to see artists at work in their studio space. Join us for food, and outdoor fun surrounded by nature and art.
To be considered as a food vendor, please fill out the Bridge Fest application: bephilARThropy.com <http://bephilarthropy.com/>. Last year we had four food vendors set up between the pedestrian bridge and the mill village. Space is limited, however we will do what we can to meet your space needs. Please include the length and height of your food truck on your application. There will be NO power outlets and NO generators provided as this is an outdoor venue.
Please note that this is a rain or shine, and food vendors are to be open 10AM to 5PM in their designated space. The deadline for submission is February 15th, and you will receive email notification of your acceptance by March 1st.
If selected for participation, you will be emailed additional event details and a PayPal invoice to confirm participation and agree to terms. Pricing is as follows:
Food Vendor fee: $35.00 space
Food Vendor Early Bird fee: $30.00 (apply by January 15th)
Given the proximity to Earth Day, the outdoor venue, and the 2016 North Carolina wildfires, the Arbor Day Foundation has been chosen as the non profit for this event. For more information on the Arbor Day Foundation, please see www.arborday.org.
From each entry fee, $10 will be donated to the Arbor Day Foundation. All visitors who donate $25 or more during the festival will be provided with a 10% off coupon for any purchase made at the Bynum Bridge Fest and Studio Tour. All artists and food vendors must agree to accept these coupons in order to be considered for participation.
Event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to artwork or property.
