11:30am CCL Inclusive Book and Craft for young adults
4pm Book Club for Kids ages 5-8
6pm CCL Holiday Wish Letter Workshop. Chatham County Public Libraries, along with the Pittsboro Business Association is giving YOU the chance to write a Holiday Wish Letter; a letter to Santa, elves, or even a polar bear if you like. Each of the three libraries will host a special letter writing session. All are welcome to drop off holiday letters in the special library mail boxes at any time. Happy Holidays!
Wednesday, December 14
4pm “All Ears” read to a Dog therapy program for kids. It’s a new school year and Scout is anxious to be read to! Young readers (ages 6-12) can improve their reading skills and confidence by reading to our friendly and licensed therapy dog, Scout. Each child will have a 15 minute session reading a book to Scout. The sessions will be every other Wednesday afternoon and space is limited so pre-registration is required. Make sure to make a reservation to read to him, we have a few spots available. Scout is waiting! He’s non-judgmental and would love to lay beside you with his ears wide open listening to you read. To register or for more information contact Children’s Services at 919-545-8085.
4pm Drop-in Computer Assistance. A reference librarian will give 1-on-1 help with specific question or problems for 15 to 20 minutes. No reservations are required.

9:30am Toddler Story Time
10am Common Thread Needle Crafting Group. Bring your favorite needlework project and enjoy the conversation and camaraderie. Newcomers are always welcome and registration is not required.
10:30am Preschool Story Time
4pm Pokemon Meetup- Come learn to play pokeman, trade cards, and play a few hands. All skill levels welcome!
