Subject: ALR Electronics Thumbs Up!
While I don’t routinely visit Cole Park or ALR in specific, still I was dismayed at MaryPhyllis’ report that they were gone. ALR has always been a security blanket of sorts and they provide service that is no longer commonly available. Over the years, I brought in a number of items for repair. All work has been expertly completely, with specific cost provided in advance and never an issue with the item afterward. Last year, I brought in an older, high-end subwoofer that has now been discontinued. I got my sub back in excellent working condition and with the comment that it was an excellent piece of musical equipment!
After 20 years as an occasional customer, I have nothing but excellent things to say about ALR. And I admire the new approach of providing pickup/delivery while holding to very reasonable costs.
