Subject: Friday night at the Bynum General Store — The Outliers
*The Outliers *are returning to the stage at the Bynum General Store on Friday, May 13th.
As the name implies, The Outliers are a different type of band. The band formed out of the respect for traditional American music, but they combine this with a love for genres spanning from reggae to Delta blues and a belief that music can change, become new and still evoke the deep ancient tones within. The Outliers are pushing limits, reaching back in time, and creating an unexpected acoustic experience each time they take the stage. ( www.theoutliersband.com)
Barney’s Famous Hot Dogs & Snacks and Little Dippers Italian Ice will be on hand to provide great food and beverages.

A few things we’d like you to know about the Front Porch Music Series and the Bynum General Store:
1. The Bynum General Store is an alcohol-free venue.
2. For safety, please make sure that children are supervised by an adult at all times.
3. We respectfully ask that all pets be left at home.
4. The show goes on, rain or shine. If it rains, we’ll move indoors.
The Friday Night Music Series runs from May through Labor Day weekend from 7 pm to 9 pm every Friday night. Although tickets aren’t required, we pass the hat and encourage a $5 to $8 donation to compensate the performers. It’s a fun evening – like a party with friends with entertainment! Refreshments: cookies, cheese and crackers, lemonade… tidbits. And the old general store is a great venue for storytelling – history seeps out of the walls!
We don’t charge, but we do pass the hat! The donations are very welcome! 20% goes to the Bynum Front Porch, the rest to the tellers.
