Conservation Workshop Open to Chatham County High School Applicants

The Chatham County Soil and Water Conservation District Office invites rising high school juniors and seniors to apply by April 29, 2016 for scholarships to attend a week-long Resource Conservation Workshop slated for June 26-July 1, 2016 at NC State University.

The workshop allows students to learn more about natural resource conservation and management, including hands-on activities related to a wide variety of conservation topics.  Student participants can earn awards and scholarships at the workshop.
