Subject: The Oakleaf
We were enjoying the ambiance of the lovely restaurant, The Oakleaf, in Pittsboro when there was slight difficulty with my meal.
We often hear of the problems with local establishments, but rarely do we hear of the positive results of an exchange. Well, the owner quickly took care of the problem I encountered and covered my meal quite graciously. My friend enjoyed her dinner immensely and nothing was taken away from our evening due to the responsiveness of the cordial restaurant personnel. I thank you, Oakleaf, and I will be back to enjoy your delightful fare once again.
