You’d probably have better luck contacting the Sheriff’s Dept directly and complaining (and get your neighbors to do likewise. The more noise, the more likely you’ll get increased patrols). I’d also invest in a dash cam and record these events as proof you need increased presence there.
Good luck, I agree there are a LOT of idiots out there, hope you can fix the issue where you live soon.
