Do you enjoy fishing, swimming, making crafts, learning about our environment, building robots, and seeing animals up close and personal? Where can you go to enjoy a week filled with fun and adventures like these this summer? 4-H Camp, of course!!!

Chatham County 4-H will be holding two, one-week day camps at Northwest Park from June 20 – June 24 and June 27 – July 1. All youth ages 6-12 are welcomed, and 4-H membership is not required. Cost is $75 per week, and need-based scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to the generous support of the local United Way of Chatham County.

For additional details on day camp, please visit the registration form found here<https://www.ces.ncsu.edu/penn-promo-flyer-2016-2/>.

Chatham County 4-H has also committed to a week of residential (overnight) camping at the Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center<http://www.bjpenn4h.org/> from July 10th -15th, 2016. Located near Reidsville, NC, BJP Educational Center is 220 acres of beautiful recreational property for youth ages 8-14 to explore under the guidance of nurturing, caring, and capable camp staff. Youth have the opportunity to take part in archery, horseback riding, evening camp fires, swimming, canoeing, and so much more! Each year, youth from all across the county join in this unique 4-H camping experience as the highlight to their summer vacation.
Once again this year, Chatham County 4-H is pleased to announce our ability to offer this experience at a discounted rate for camping with our county delegation; we are only able to do this due to the generous support of our local United Way of Chatham County. For 2016, registration fees for one week of camp are $350 per youth and include all expenses related to transportation, camp rental, meals, crafts, insurance, camp t-shirt, and $15 in camp store funds.

For additional details on residential camp, please visit the registration form found here<https://www.ces.ncsu.edu/penn-promo-flyer-2016-2/>.

Chatham County 4-H is a proud participating United Way Agency. Generous camperships have been provided by CEMC, United Way of Chatham County, and the Rotary Club of Siler City.
