Subject: 20th Annual Healthy Heart Day
Join the Council on Aging for its 20th Annual Healthy Heart Day on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 10 am-12 pm at the Western Chatham Senior Center located at 112 Village Lake Rd., Siler City, NC. The annual health fair includes blood pressure, vision, balance, hearing, memory and depression screenings, and blood sugar checks. There will also be chair massages, nutrition and health information, as well as information on products and services including dental care and physical therapy.
