Walk to the memorial park where your ashes will be scattered- if there is room. (Provided there isn’t a law prohibiting the scattering of ashes at time you visit) But then, maybe there will be a place on top of another building one can park their ashes.
Still think you would be safe? A tornado could pick up and spin your ashes and they land in Nowheresville Nebraska.
