Subject: After Christmas post
The people who responded to the angel request for the lady with 7 kids did an awesome job ! I connected the dots and one Angel paid her water bill , there were presents dropped off for the kids and some things for the mama too . I received over $1000 in envelopes that went directly to her and the kids
.. I managed to get everything staged and delivered Christmas eve . The reason I call these people who help Christmas Angels is the fact they came from as far away as South Carolina at Christmas to help a family in need they didn’t even know . These folks are the salt of the earth and restore my hope for humanity .
I was worried I couldn’t pull the delivery off in time with all the rain and delays but everything miraculously fell into place. I had items stored in the shop in a nice dry location where we wrap up gifts and do crafts . About an hour after everything was delivered the roof let go and the ceiling collapsed in the shop flooding the entire building . That will be a whole nuther post ,, its a mess and there aint no insurance to fix it . I will try to figure out how to put everything back in one piece and patch it up like I always do but the point is that I believe angels do look after us . The things that had to fall into place for everything to be delivered on Christmas eve was a miracle all in its self and the fact the roof held up until everything left was another miracle .
I got exactly what I wanted for Christmas . All the kids came home , everyone got along , I got hugs and smiles every-time they opened a gift . I ate so much I was stuffed and I have a weeks worth of leftovers in the fridge . It was a wonderful Christmas 🙂 Im sitting here listening to the last of the Christmas music before it goes away at midnight for another year . I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and I wish you all happiness and well being in the coming new year .
