Subject: MS Self Help Group Meeting Dec 15th 6PM Chatham Library in Pittsboro

If you or someone you care about is living with multiple sclerosis, please join our self-help group for support and encouragement, latest research info, tips for living with MS, and more.

This month’s meeting will include reports from the Dec. 5th Annual Meeting of the MS Society in Raleigh, which focused on the many wellness-related steps we can take to help improve our lives with MS.  Which diet is best? Does body weight matter?  What’s available or in the pipeline for secondary progressive MS?  Find out more about these and other relevant topics!

We meet the third Tuesday of each month, so our next meeting is coming up next Tuesday, December 15th.  It will be held at the Chatham Community Library (on CCCC campus, 197 NC Hwy 87 N) from 6:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. Come for as much or as little as you’re able!

To RSVP or for more details, please contact Eileen at or 919-535-4135. Walk-ins are welcome!
