Join us this Tuesday night at 7 p.m. for a rare screening of the award-winning movie *The Real Dirt on Farmer John.** The Real Dirt on Farmer John* tells the story of John Peterson’s efforts to revive the family farm at Angelic Organics. Angelic Organics resurrected traditional farming approaches while pioneering new ones, and, along the way, John Peterson became a landmark figure in the organic food movement. Piedmont Biofarm will be introducing the film and leading a discussion afterwards. St. Bartholomew’s Church, located at 204 W. Salisbury St. in Pittsboro, will be hosting the event. Here’s just one sample of the rave reviews for *The Real Dirt on Farmer John*:

“One man’s extraordinary life as a gateway to a larger history of tragedy and transition. It’s an unflinching account of what farming takes and, more important, what it gives back…”
– Jeannette Catsoulis,
*New York Times*

We hope you can make it!
