I recently moved back to Bynum. This occurred amidst the frozen rain, sleet, ice and snowy conditions we were experiencing. Thank you so very much to my friends, neighbors and former students who helped me move items, as we dug your vehicles out of my yard and driveway.

Thanks to friends who provided pallets to sleep on and warm meals, when the movers had to cancel several times due to weather conditions and I was stranded in my new home w no furniture.

Thanks to Barry and the Welford Harris Ford Dealership who were extremely helpful when my car quit running in the middle of the move. Thanks also to Chris and the entire Enterprise Rental Car family in Chapel Hill for working so kindly and compassionately with me.

Extra thanks to TROSA moving of Durham who after several days of being unable to move my furniture did so with efficiency, goodwill and great care.

A special thanks to Anton of Auto Pro and Kathy and crew at Pittsboro Auto Care for helping me when my front tire was unsafe to drive.

What a joy to live in a small, friendly, cooperative county such as Chatham and to have such caring neighbors to the north. I, for one, feel blessed daily to live here.
