Cathleen I am sure the people living here thought the same about you when you moved here except the person who sold you the land. We have made a good living selling to outsiders and building houses for people who a lot of people around here call Damn Yankees!!
I do not think you will not stop the influx of people unless you stop immigration or take up Chinas policy of 1 child per Family. I was born and lived through the good old days before telephones,television Internet, etc. Some good! Some not so good! TChatham Park
Since we sold land to Chatham Park we would be a hypocrite if we opposed it. We have heard the same story as yours since the 70’s. When you came here you made an impact and so will the ones that follow! I really like outsiders and there money!!
