Subject: coyotes
A real problem. Deer will soon seem a minor nuisance in comparison. Coyotes reproduce prolifically and interbreed with some wolf species (contradiction in terms, but reality). They found our goat herd of over 100 and feasted on the newborn kids so badly we had to sell the herd.
Very hard to ‘control’. There was a fellow on the Chatlist recently that included coyotes on his list of animals to ‘control’. I sent it on the John Will Headen and deleted it so can’t reference him. Maybe other Chatlisters will be able to give you his name and connections. Coyotes are even adapting to city life!
