Subject: Did you draw a self-portrait at the MarketPlace last year?
One year ago I had an interactive art exhibit at the Chatham MarketPlace where I asked people to draw a self-portrait in exchange for a “George” [a one $ bill].
The response was terrific and fun. Seventy three people of all ages left drawings for me and three of them actually left me a dollar instead of taking one!
The drawings kept coming in even after the dollar bills ran out.
I’ve made an album of the 73 self-portraits and will have it with me at the Studio Tour December 6th & 7th at the Ravens Lane airplane hangar location..
