unWINEd has just celebrated our third year in business. Looking forward to our fourth year and hoping to meet more Chathamites. Recently a new customer stated as leaving “it’s like the show Cheers but with wine!”. Another customer said we were “like Cafe Driede in Chapel Hill but on steriods!”. Join us and share your thoughts!
unWINEd is North Carolina central wine destination. We carry 34 of the 126 wineries wines in the State. We have European varitiels to muscadine to meades and hard apple cider as well as ports. All made in NC! We don’t stop there. All of our fare is also made in North Carolina. We have cheese, crackers, smoked trout, chicken salad, pepperoni/salami, nuts and chocolate. We support about 50 North Carolina small businesses in our shop. We are proud to promote the wine industry in NC. You don’t have to go far to savor an awesome wine!
unWINEd just received recognition from NC Green Travel as a green business earning the highest of 3 dogwoods! We also participate in the NC 10% Campaign buying well over 10% of local products.
We have music on the weekends and work with food vendors to offer hot dinners besides our NC fare. We also rent our environment for private events. We sponsor several non-profits by providing them the space to have an event.
