Subject: Thank you, Tritech Computers!
It has been a great pleasure doing business with Tritech computers this past summer.
I tried to start a home business as one of those ‘operators’ who are ‘standing by’ to take orders from commercials. The technical requirements were very specific(!), and my Mac wasn’t going to do the trick. So I consulted with Tritech and they built a computer for the job.
As a Mac user, PC’s are not that familiar, and my primary worry was technical issues with the equipment. I had no trouble setting up the system, and it worked perfectly, the first thing popping up on the screen was Tritech’s number to call for assistance if needed, which was very reassuring (!), although I never needed it for any technical issues.
While I could have made the business work, entering information from phone orders turned out not to be my thing. Tritech was willing to take back the system and offered me a reasonable price. I could not have been happier. All my dealings with Tritech went smoothly and the communication was that of the old-fashioned, personal-style business that has become rare. I was a valued customer. I’d had dealings with Tritech before, as they handle Macs as well, and the problem was diagnosed right then and there when I brought the computer in. I used to have to drive to Durham to get my Mac serviced.
Siler City and Chatham County certainly are blessed to have such an operation in its midst. Thanks, Tritech!
