The Concept II rowing machine is a safe and effective piece of equipment when used properly. It can help improve cardiovascular capacity and muscular strength, while being low-impact on joints. This clinic will review proper rowing form and how to read and understand the display monitor on the machine.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
