Just a reminder that early voting for the May 6, 2014 Primary Elections begins on Thursday, April 24th. We have four sites open in Chatham County.  The Board of Elections office at 984 Thompson Street in Pittsboro, the Earl B.. Fitts Community Center at 111 South Third Ave in Siler City, our North Chatham site at Cole Park Plaza at 11470 US Hwy 15-501 North in Chapel Hill and at Goldston at the Town Hall at 40-A Coral Ave.  All sites are open from 8 am until 8 pm during the week, from 8 am until 5 pm (except Pittsboro which will be open until 6) on the first Saturday, April 26th and from 8 am until 1 pm on the last Saturday, May 3rd.

Any Chatham County registered voter is eligible to vote at any of the four one stop/early voting sites.  In person registration is no longer allowed at early voting.  Photo ID is not required this year to vote, but we will be giving voters information about the requirement in 2016 Elections.

Also a reminder that the North Chatham Site is not at Chatham Downs where it has been for the last several elections.  The new site is further North at Cole Park Plaza.  If anyone has any questions, please give us a call at 919-545-8500.

Exercise Your Right to Vote!!!!
