Subject: IPap stolen
Hi my name is Frank Partin I Owen Clear Water Plumbing. My wife was called who answers the phone tonight around 8:00pm by Bob Grogin. This a person that needed some plumbing repairs. His wife who was there when my son came to repair the plumbing informed my wife her IPAD was missing and accused my son of stealing it.
While talking on the phone with them to resolve the issue their son came home with the IPAD. Now my son is very much upset by the accusation, so people before you accuse someone of something make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s. Because now this man needs a new plumber. We do allot of plumbing in Chatham, I was born and raised here, we strive to go a good job. Allot of new houses are done by contractors from out side our area and they don’t do service calls.
Then we get calls to maintain and repair problems in their homes. I started my company in 2000 after retiring from the Army and this is the first time we have ever been accused of stealing. My family has done plumbing here for over 33 years. I never post on the chatlist, so you will know this really upset me allot. I want to thank my customers and hope to continue a excellent service to all new and former.
