Overcoming the Sitting Disease – Monday, April 21th, 2:30pm

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), between 60 and 85% of all people in the world live a sedentary lifestyle, which can take a terrible toll on your body, even more than you probably realized. Effects range from physiological mal-adaptations to inability to suppress appetite to increase in feelings of depression. Attend this clinic to learn more about what too much sitting means to your body, and what you can do right now to improve your outcomes.
