Approximately 80 percent of Americans experience back pain in their life. Back pain can occur for many reasons including standing or sitting for long periods at a time, an injury, being overweight, or it can occur because of a disc problem, which can require medical professional help. This clinic is going to focus on general back pain experienced by most people. Discover some steps that may be taken to prevent and possibly lessen the severity of the pain experienced.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
