Progress Energy was great on both response and information. Duke is neither.

I’m on a well also.  What was all the more painful was I am on a dead end gravel road.  The houses up from us – about 3/4 of a mile up the road – had power back in about an hour.  Eight of us beyond that point did not.  I walked the line and saw no down trees, and as far as I could tell when they got there again, all they did was push the big switch / circuit breaker unit at the top of the pole back up so it closed the circuit.  They never even came down the road.

Some how I doubt anything we have to say will have any impact.  For me at least, Progress Energy was great on both response and information.  Duke is neither.
