Should you exercise if you have a cold?  Can too much exercise lower the immune system?  Can one catch a cold from someone at the gym?  How can one protect oneself from germs that may be at the gym?  With the cold and flu season upon us, the answers to these questions are very important.  Come to this clinic to get the answers, as well other information regarding germs, exercise and the common cold.
