PITTSBORO FIRST SUNDAY ARTISANS FAIR

NOVEMBER 3RD 12PM – 4PM

(Hosted by the PBO Business Association)

MUSIC:

1) JEFF HART 1pm-3pm on the outside stage!

2) BIG BROTHA THUNDA (Enloe High School) 3pm-4pm outside stage

3) JOHN KINCHELOE 2pm – 4pm at Liquidambar Gallery and Gifts

4) SPENCER SCHOLES 12pm-2pm at The Roadhouse and General Store

5) RHONDA ROBICHAUX 3pm-5pm at The City Tap

KIDS ACTIVITIES:

1) FREE TABLE SPACE for kids! (Art has to be their own creation, and they have to man their booths!)

2) Side walk chalk art drawing on Salisbury Street. Chalk will be provided by PITTSBORO TOYS.

3) Inflatables, toys, bubble machine, games

4) STORY TELLING at Pittsboro Toys from 12-4 with storyteller Cynthia Raxter

SPECIAL EVENTS:

1) Liquidambar Gallery and Gifts: Featured Artist Reception: ARTISTS OF REDBUD (Various artists and mediums) MICHELLE YELLIN (Acrylic Painting)

2) Circle City Books & Music: Serving up free coffee and homemade cookies while you browse their books

3) The Joyful Jewel: Donna Cassidy “Scrumptious Crochet”

4) Starrlight Mead: Meadery Tours at 2pm and 4pm; Tastings from 1pm – 5pm

5) Vino!! Wine Shop: Tasting 12-5

6) CHAIR MASSAGES: Provided by The Spa at Bell House (next to their table on the sidewalk at Hillsborough Street & Salisbury) $1/MIN PROCEEDS GO TO Carolina Tiger Rescue

STORES OPEN FOR 1ST SUNDAY OUTSIDE OF DOWNTOWN:

1) The French Connection (eclectic art)

2) The Chatham Market Place (breakfast and lunch)

3) Starrlight Mead (tours and tasting)

4) The Small B&B Cafe (brunch)

5) Bella Donna Italian Restaurant (brunch)

2) Many new artists and vendors

3) A Facebook Page: “Pittsboro First Sunday”, it’s a great way to keep up with what is going on as well as to communicate with us and vendors

Be sure and bring down your family and friends, there will plenty for adults and children to enjoy!! The Pittsboro Business Association is excited to the changes and is looking forward to bringing people back to the downtown area
