Surely you read Mark’s post about Vernon Jessup and his tire grinding rig. I used to take care of Vernon’s occassional illness and he was very industrious. Mark’s description reminded me of your struggle.
If you have a good process, just call one of the county commissioners, or go to one of their regular meetings. Walter Petty, Brian Bock, Sally Kost, Pam Stewart and Mike Cross. All are smart people and anxious to bring new ideas to fruition and create new jobs and revenues for Chatham.
