Subject: Obesity coordinator
Does anyone besides myself wonder what an obesity coordinator would do?? What are qualifications for such a position? What is the yearly salary of an obesity coordinator ?? (It is ironic to me that we would need an Obesity Coordinator when we are being told that one out of every 5 children in our county go to bed hungry every night…. maybe that money could go to help feed some of those children )
What does a Sustainable Communities Director do for $180,000/year ??? This appears to be a high salary for any position in our county…
It would be interesting to see the job descriptions for these two positions – where can they be reviewed?
Wonder how these two positions would balance out when the job descriptions and salaries are compared to our teachers, police, deputies, and highway patrolmen who risk their lives daily (yes, teachers too) is reviewed/compared?
