The development is located within Pittsboro’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) so all planning will be handled by the town of Pittsboro.  Here’s the link to the master plan submitted May 3, 2013.

The developers held 2 information sessions a few weeks ago that were both well attended by well over 100 people each night.  I attended one of them them and was impressed with the proposal.  There haven’t been a lot of concrete plans available since they’re still in the early phases of development.  This will be a long term project, probably taking at least 30 years to complete, so it will certainly change and adapt over that time.
