Subject: Bamboo
I like Bamboo! Our 1/4 acres yard has loads of bamboo in the back yard, but there is just enough space to walk, and for the grandkids’ playhouse.
No need to mow the small strip between bamboo border and our deck. I also as someone else said, love the cool dark green, and the rustling leaves in the summer. the birds seem to love it too! People warned us about it taking over, but I just stop on the shoots when they pop up, and occ. dig up a runner. I wouldn’t give it up for anything! But our yard is quite small and manageable
