Chatham County Hunger Relief Summit

During the summit we plan to share information about various hunger-related efforts and opportunities in addition to beginning to build a coalition for developing relationships, sharing information, and coordinating efforts.
Who should attend this event?
– Front-line service providers such as food pantries, backpack programs, and congregate meal sites
– Food resources such as farmers, community gardeners, and food rescue organizations
– Human service organizations that interact with food-insecure individuals and families
– Faith communities who want to learn more about the issue of hunger and opportunities to become involved
– Anyone who wants to better understand or become involved in addressing this need in Chatham County
