My family are long-time customers of the GSC.  Yes sometimes the service is slower than we might like, but consider that the management needs to schedule the wait staff based on an unknown number of customers.  In order to keep the GSC as profitable as possible, then they cannot afford to have wait staff just standing around.

We have developed good relationships with the wait and management based on our loyalty.  Whenever we have an issue or concern, we express it AT THAT TIME and they take care of it then.instead of having to try to wait until they get the “bad press” of hearing about it on the county chatlist.

The new chef has added some very good options to the menu and I like that he makes the rounds of the dining customers.

My wife Erica Perlow often invites out-of-town guests to meet there so they too can experience the unique GSC experience..and to a number, all have been favorably impressed and appreciative.

To all of you that choose to denigrate the GSC, consider the difficulties of providing services to the variety of dining customers in this area..in this bleak environment.and if you are taking a client there to make an impression. perhaps call ahead and forewarn the management that you have time issues.

Given my normal work schedule.(that many of you are aware of). I appreciate the laid back atmosphere, the eclectic environment and the friendly staff.
