Dear fellow Chatlisters

I write to commend a member of our community, Lee Pollard who owns a business providing computer repair and expertise. Lee lives in northern Chatham and has a commitment to provide re-purposed laptops for persons in need and without resources to purchase one.

On 3 occasions, Lee has provided a computer for women coming out of prison (1, recommended by the prison chaplain) and juvenile justice facilities (2 who were admitted to college).  In each of these cases, Lee put his heart and his faith in action and even added software that greeted the user with her name.
In the cases of the teens coming out of juvenile justice, these 2 girls had NO family — and I do mean none.
They were being sent to live in a group home until they turned 18 when they would enter the world with no family guidance or assistance of any type. They had no clothing or shoes from their prior lives due to chaotic circumstances prior to arrest..

If you need computer repair or advice, I hope you will contact Mr. Pollard:

Telephone
919-932-4357.

To reach Lee on his cell (voice or text) leave a voice message at 919-883-1027 or text to 919-218-8115.

He is very responsive and highly ethical.

With Thanksgiving,
Rev Maggie Crandall
