I have had AAA membership for twenty years more or less. I have had good experience with their service many times. Although wait times have to be allowed, due to work load or to distance, they have not disappointed.
Once, on a 600 mile trip in the middle of winter, my alternator failed. I called. The tow truck arrived before the cold became an issue, delivered the car to a AAA approved shop and me and my dog to my destination. The shop repaired the problem. It reappeared. They fixed it two more times without charge (west Cleveland, OH.) I can not complain.
Gas delivered on the Interstate, towing, battery replacement, all services covered by AAA membership services. The cost of repair item is an extra charge. Any one of these services is worth the annual fee.
