Once again I received a ton of great advice from Jody at Tri-Tech Computer Solutions. Whether over the phone or in person you know you are talking to an expert that truly cares about his customers without the usual symptoms of an ulterior business agenda. Tr-Tech has saved my computer many times saving me at least hundreds of dollars. I am able to troubleshoot problems more effectively because of their wisdom and advice. One day it will be time to move to a new unit and guess where I am going.
Folks, I am not suggesting that there are not other firms in Chatham that provide good computer related services. I have used several. I am not putting other firms down, but I am continully overwhelmed by Tri-Tech’s customer service and people skills, and pricing policies.
Tri-Tech now has a Pittsboro location, something I was hoping for. Pittsboro is fortunate.
I will post my experiences with this firm from time to time because I want this firm to thrive. Pittsboro needs more people like this; competition is good.
I found Tri-Tech when my neighbor put their flyer in my door some years ago. My neighbor knew I was constantly struggling with my computer. That Tri-Tech flyer was a God-send.
