Subject: Great Summer Programs for Ages 5-18!

Woods Charter School offers many exciting summer programs in July for kids from age 5 to 18.  These programs are designed to be more than “camps” and are led by mature instructors who are experts in their fields.  Get your kid off the couch this summer and into an exciting program such as Japanese Swords, Wilderness Survival, Dirt Camp or Art of Forensics!

The sports-minded might be interested in Sports Conditioning, Total Soccer or Be Active.  Try your hand and interesting Art and Music camps like Rock or Jazz Camp, Xtreme Fashion Design or Duct Tape & Cardboard.  Keep your brain sharp with Touch Math, Power Up Brain Training, Science of Forensics or Stories of Mine.  Keep in shape and have some fun with Cheer Dance, Hip Hop or Yoga.  Thinking about Engineering?  Try How Things Work or Bridge Building – two awesome programs for HS students who want to explore their science and engineering interests.

There are over 40 different programs to choose from!  Most are half-day options allowing you to have an academic program and activity-based program on the same day.

Woods Charter School is located north of Pittsboro on Andrews Store Road and is academically rated in the top-ten of North Carolina and top-100 in the US.
