Subject: Just what does the Chatham County Democratic Party support?

I want to thank Randy Voller for explaining to the voters of Chatham County just where the Chatham County Democratic Party stands.  In a recent Chatlist post he stated,

“In fact, the Chatham County Democratic Party categorically opposes the agenda that Art Pope and the Koch Brothers have paid for in North Carolina and America.”

He supplied links to several articles that explained just which organizations are supposedly funded and controlled by Art Pope and the Koch Brothers.  So I went to the websites of a few of these organizations to find out just what the Chatham County Democratic Party categorically opposes.

Americans for Prosperity™ (AFP) and Americans for Prosperity Foundation (AFP Foundation) are committed to educating citizens about economic policy and mobilizing those citizens as advocates in the public policy process.
To that end, AFP and AFP Foundation support:
·    Cutting taxes and government spending in order to halt the encroachment of government in the economic lives of citizens by fighting proposed tax increases and pointing out evidence of waste, fraud, and abuse.
·    Tax and Expenditure Limitations to promote fiscal responsibility.
·    Removing unnecessary barriers to entrepreneurship and opportunity by sparking citizen involvement in the regulatory process early on in order to reduce red tape.
·    Restoring fairness to our judicial system.

The vision of the Civitas Institute is of a North Carolina whose citizens enjoy liberty and prosperity derived from limited government, personal responsibility and civic engagement. The mission of the Civitas Institute is to facilitate the implementation of conservative policy solutions to improve the lives of all North Carolinians. Towards that end,

Civitas provides research, information and training to:
•    empower citizens to become better civic leaders and more informed voters;
•    educate emerging public leaders, enabling them to be more effective in the democratic process; and
•    inform elected officials about citizen-based, free-market solutions to problems facing North Carolinians.

The John Locke Foundation envisions a North Carolina of responsible citizens, strong families, and successful communities committed to individual liberty and limited, constitutional government.
The John Locke Foundation employs research, journalism, and outreach programs to transform government through competition, innovation, personal freedom, and personal responsibility. JLF seeks a better balance between the public sector and private institutions of family, faith, community, and enterprise.

If these are all things that the Chatham County Democratic Party categorically opposes I wonder what they support?
