The Chatham County Partnership for Children is actively seeking interested volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors (3-year term) and its Committees.  The Partnership is a non-profit organization that plans, funds, and implements quality early childhood education, health, and family support initiatives for children from birth to eight.  The  Partnership is home to the Smart Start, Ready Schools, and More at Four programs.

The Board is made up of about 21 members representing parents, community and business representatives, child care teachers, and human service providers. The Board meets quarterly, committees meet at least quarterly and some meet monthly.
