Large property buy up outside the Siler City limits

I know someone out here knows who this entity is,or if you are bored and more adept at searching public records than me, would you please find out what you can about them. So far they have bought up 26 parcels totaling nearly 1200 acres, almost all of them connected. All parcels are just outside the Siler City limits. 130 of Chatham LLC is who shows up as the parcel owner. Any help would be useful. Someone I know intercepted two surveyors who claimed that the owner is a conservationist but they suspiciously avoided any questions involving who they worked for or who the new owner is.

    Maybe you know by now. Tim Sweeney is the founder of the very successful software company Epic Games in Cary. He is a “good guy”. Has anything transpired yet on the land, besides some logging?

    Mr. Sweeney & his team of lawyers are now trying to use legal tactics to misinform all customers of REA Power Co. It seems he will stop at nothing to get his way concerning land ownership rights. Sounds like a rick jerk.

    What difference does it matter to you people what the hell he does with property he buys, pays tax on , and down right owns ? I personally own a large sum of land because I have been making payments on it since I was 16, I don’t want anyone telling me what to do with my property,,, BUY SOME ,,, ITS FOR SALE

    Reply to Tim’s comment.They are buying up property that is linked together .If they can link a wildlife corridor together they will sell to the Federal government for a high profit. Meanwhile they are paying very little taxes on the properties,They are in what is called a land use tax ,timber and conservation is the reasons they get by with that.In my county it is $300 a acre value they pay tax on.As they are doing this they are getting grants form the NCDENR.To do so called conservation projects.Large sums taxpayer money is being diverted to these programs that only LLC’s can capitalize on. In my area they are game cameras in the woods to get pictures of anyone walking or riding atvs.Let alone digging a mess of ramps or picking some branch lettuce.The local call the Man watching over these properties Hitler.Oh they say conservation Yet they have a hunting club and patrol the property with atvs,Kinda bites the nose off don’t it.If the taxpayers of NC are footing the bill why cant we walk on the properties or use the existing trails?
