I would love to figure out why I have no problem with the deer

What do you make of this?  Someone put a deer stand on my property and a fancy camera and feeding station without asking permission.

It was very near (100 yards or so) my neighbor and my pond and pasture.  It was in an open area of oaks.  The corn the hunter had left was untouched and had sprouted but the acorns all around had been chewed and shells left.  I see the deer and I see signs where they have chewed on smilax and blackberry etc.  I’ve never had any damage to my household landscape or large garden.  My free range chickens cause more damage than the deer.  I would love to figure out why I have no problem with the deer.
