Thanks Gene, for once again offering us this great opportunity to advertise our local business on the chat list.
Hi Everyone,
I’m Carole Hoffman. I moved down to Chatham County almost 3 years ago and moved my natural health practice down here too. I offer an alternative, non-medical approach to relieving and eliminating pain and
illness that is safe, non-invasive and effective. I use a nervous system therapy, called Neural Depolarization(TM), which was developed and trademarked by Kathy Oddenino, RN. It very gently works to heal the nerves that are causing the pain or disease. This works very well for all sorts of pain, including chronic neck and back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, neuropathy, herniated disks, etc. and many forms of disease.

Larry’s Famous Cheesecake & Bakery
Our Story…
From the young age of twelve Larry had his first taste of cooking through the BSA. He has been at home in the kitchen or outside near a campfire cooking ever since. His love of cooking began early on in Troop 702 out of Reading, Massachusetts where he met all his cooking requirements, received his cooking Merit Badge and by the age of fourteen was cooking for seventy boys scouts and fifteen adult men at their weekend camp outs.

I guess it had to happen eventually, but it still stuns me. I agree with Ed Williams about something!
As a card carrying member of the Left-wing Liberal environmental anti-racist and against explosive development wing of the local latte-drinking tree-huggers union, I too would like to be able to order a Manhattan or a Martini or even a Mohito (one of my favorite drinks: dark rum muddled with fresh spearmint and a little sugar and then poured over ice) at one of my favorite Chatham County establishments, or even some new dandy restaurant that comes to town because they can actually make money in the business and add to our tax revenues.

Pittsboro Feed wrote in their post about their Christmas trees:
“We keep our trees in water, to make them last longer.”
Just another suggestion to those of you with fresh trees—Go by your local florist and ask for some preservative packets or add a little Sprite to the water to keep it fresher, longer!
Happy Holidays!

Hey Ed, In my post I am stating my opinion and why I am against liquor by the drink. I also state in my post that I am for putting it to a vote.
previous chatlist jonathan wrote ( “I agree it should be put to a vote but fear that if passed we will have an irreversible problem caused by the thirst for indulgence.”)
Ed Williams wrote ” Gosh, we don’t want more development (by the Big Developers – of course, Big Anything is bad for these left-wing kooks)”

Can anyone recommend a bushwhacker to clear our pasture?
It’s roughly 2 acres in size. I haven’t been able to reach the man who usually does it for us and am looking for someone else reliable and reasonable. Thanks for any help you can give me.
