Subject: Horizon Cellars – New Wines
“Ambrosia Mead”, is Horizon’s first production in the Premium Mead (honey wine) series. Jordan has crafted a very nice, lighter style, premium Mead that is very much like a delicate white wine. It’s labeled under “Four Brothers Mead” and Jordan would be glad to have a conversation with you about that.story.
Our “Carolina Comfort” is back in both Blanc (white) and Rouge (red) versions. These sweet styled wines are “finally” ready and available for tasting and sale!! We’re planning on a Rose, or blush version in the near future too…
Lastly, we have our Niagara “Falls” ready too. It’s a short play on words, but this is another nice, slightly sweet wine that is made from the same grape as the Welch’s White Grape Juice. Easy to drink, it is sure to find a quick following.
Of course, all of our Classic Style wines are available for tasting and sale too. We’re having several specials, so we’d love to have you stop by and sample these delightful new wines along with your original favorites.
The winery will be open normal hours this coming Labor Day weekend, and feel free to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a pleasant afternoon on our covered deck.
