I would just like to say, come on folks.

If you think that anyone who doesn’t agree with you isn’t enlightened or liberal - are you either?

This a big ole county and there’s room for everyone and that means more than one point of view is okay.

Thankfully, everyone has their own opinions and the right and opportunity to voice them.

Isn’t that what makes democracy work?

Welcome to Chatham.

Hope the experience gets better!

Clarification for Ed

For the sake of accuracy, the location of the soccer event was north Johnston County, and the anti-Hispanic rant of the moms and the players was by another team, NOT the Northwood team and parents.

Sincerely,
Angel Dennison

Ahhhhhh, Chatham

The banter back and forth regarding Morrie’s comments about Bynum Friday Nights warms my heart.

I lived in Chapel Hill for most of my adult life  and my relatives for generations and generations.  I moved to Pittsboro 2  years ago…and just one of the major benefits was being enveloped by all these “liberal” people.

The whole idea of live and let live is something we all  need to embrace.  In my “Liberal” opinion, conservatism equals closed minds  equals hatred.  War certainly does not equal love.  Long live the  Liberals!
