Dear Esta Cohen,

Sounds like you are doing many of the same things as CharLean! What is your genetic base?

We have some of the world’s best Charolais breeding bulls, digital scale weighed  and direct height measurement at birth and performance tested for adjusted 205 day and 365 day weights so you may select bulls for maximun calving ease for your younger or smaller cows and maximum growth for older larger cows. Any bull or heifer not absolute tops for breeding makes great CharLean steaks, beef bites, ground round and patties and Pet Packs.

We have been sold out for the past 8 months but are processing again NEXT week and look forward to being back at the Farmer’s Markets in Fearrington, Pittsboro, and Siler City IF there is room for us! The Farmer’s Markets have been doing really well recently.

We should also consider joint marketing ventures. CharLean is a registered Trademark and we have had lots of wonderful customers.

I hope you are processing your beef at Chaudry Halal Meats near Siler City. I built the plant and have leased it to Mr Chaudry for the past 12 years and he is a hard working and scrupulously  honest person to do business with. Mac Baldwin has his Charolais processed there and, of course, we do ours there too. My wife, Carol, is also a certified meat cutter and she is right in the middle of things when the CharLean is in the cutting room just because she is so picky and Mr Chaudry’s crew does excellent work.

Let us know any way we may be helpful.

Looking forward to seeing all your Chatlisters and all our friends again at the CharLean truck at the markets.

John Dykers
