Subject: Random acts of Kindness
My thanks to the woman in front of me at Al’s Diner this morning who paid for my bacon egg biscuit! When I got to the drive in window, the cashier said it had been paid, and this woman (Tammy?) sometimes paid for people behind her! So sweet!
While I’m at it, I’d like to say I love people who stop and take turtles off the road. On the 4th of July, I saw a young man going back for a turtle on Chicken Bridge Road. Your Mama raised you right! My friends do things like that, and sometimes I do, but it was reassuring to see an act of kindness towards a critter going forward into future generations!
