I wanted to share a bit with the listers regarding some important events in my life. My dogs now have new homes and will not longer menace the few visitors I have at my lonely house. Please feel free to come by and chat.

Sadly, I won’t be around very much for awhile, so just hang out on the porch or help yourself to whatever amenities the house may offer. I will be spending time with someone who calls me to say hello, invites me to special events, and generally likes me to hang around. It is nice to be wanted.

We are closing things up on the Pittsboro Mural Project.
We would like to have your input: suggestions, and/or comments on the mural.

What other groups can you think of that would like to be part of a project like this.

Chatham Animal Rescue and Education – 5th Annual Burrito Bash with Live and Silent Auction Fundraiser -August 11, 2008

Come enjoy and evening of fun and fellowship while helping two Chatham County non-profit organizations – Chatham Animal Rescue and Education, Inc. (C.A.R.E.) and Chatham County Concerned Bikers Association (CBA). On Monday, August 11, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the volunteers of C.A.R.E. and CBA in partnership with the General Store Café will hold its 5th Annual Burrito Bash fundraiser and silent auction at The General Store in Pittsboro. All proceeds from this event will go to help Chatham County’s animals and residents in need.
